Strengthen social emotional learning in your classroom by prioritizing the Social Emotional and Academic Development (SEAD) themes- Agency, Belonging, Discourse, and Identity. Participants will engage in a math task and plan an upcoming lesson that will connect the SEAD themes, the Standards for Mathematical Practice, and content to promote a safe, equitable, and empowered classroom culture.
